After recreating two blonde bombshells' looks (Lauren & Giuliana), I think it's time to share a brunette babe- Selena Gomez. This Disney star has become an incredibly talented artist and actress since she began on Wizards of Waverly Place in 2007. And glamorous style.
Even Selena is wearing the jumpsuit trend in this June's issue of InStyle. She wore both a floral and solid piece. For the floral look, I chose the Kimchi Blue Cutout Waist Jumper. The cutout breaks up the bigger floral print and the small show of skin is fun&flirty for summer. She also wore a gold belt so I added the Full Metal Waist Belt. On the cover, she wore a dark blue jumper a bit like the Ralph Lauren Black Label Chrissy Jumpsuit. It has a wide leg and looser top, but the waist is defined with a chic thin belt. She also accessorizzed with teal, blue, and pink bracelets and I think Kate Spade New York Carousel Bangles in Bazooka Pink or Navy would be simply fabulous.
At the Weinstein Company after party after this year's Golden Globes, she shined in a printed metallic dress. The Baroque Foil Bodycon Dress is slightly different with black along with the gold foil detailing and sleeves, but can be toned down or dressed up for whatever event you're attending. And since it's way cheaper, you can (and totally should ;)) pair it with the classic Christian Louboutin Batignolles 120 Patent-Leather Pumps. Add some more gold throughout your look with the Michael Kors Large Selma Stud-Trim Saffiano Clutch. Another fun trend I added was a pair of Maniamania The Source Ear Cuffs.
She also rocked the metallic trend at the MTV Awards along with a braid (like we've been seeing on the runway). Taking the gold trend in a more day-time look I chose the Issa Gold Lace Dress. The A-line and lace are super sweet and the gold is still glam. With the lace dress, since it doesn't have the same sheerness as Selena's, I went with black Giuseppe Zanotti Double Platform Suede Pumps. And again I kept some gold with the Marc Jacobs Isobel Clutch.
